- The employer based in the UK must show proof of job offer from home office licensed sponsor (The Home Office maintains the sponsorship list to identify all employers that have the required permission to employ sponsored workers under routes such as the skilled worker visa, intra- company transfer visa and other temporary visa.) There are currently over 32,000 organisations on the list.
- The Job offer given by the employer must be at the skill level of RQF3 or above (equivalent to A level)
- The employer must also assure that the foreign worker that they plan to hire will receive a minimum salary of £25,600

- The employing company’s latest business bank statement.
- Employer’s liability insurance of at least £5 million from an authorized insurer.
- The Company’s Certificate of VAT registration.
- Evidence of registration as an employer with Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC)
- The employer must also show proof of ownership or lease of the property on which the business is operating.
